Norway's DOF Group has secured a contract extension for its construction support vessel (CSV) Skandi Nomad.
In October 2025, Skandi Nomad's operations in Guyana were extended for one year. DOF reported today, October 14, that the CSV had a 12-month option declared, making the contract firm until November 2027.
The company said that the contract extension was a limited one, which it defines as a contract with value below $15 million.
Skandi Nomad was built in 2010 and is of Ulstein 745 CDL design. It is 90 meters long and can accommodate 60 people.
